aerated system equipment
Backed by over 30 years of experience, we offer proven and reliable aeration system components for composting facility upgrades or new sites. Our data monitoring and control systems and our aeration ductwork solutions are customized to meet the needs of each facility.
Equipment Available
Aeration Control Systems
Our WebMACS and CompDACS control systems enable any device with internet access to communicate with your aeration system. Track temperatures, change settings and control blowers, pumps and dampers, or integrate irrigation tanks, weather stations, video monitoring and biofiltration.
Data Probes
We offer several data probe systems for monitoring key compost process variables such as temperature and oxygen. Our wired or wireless probe systems connect with the WebMacs or CompDACS control system so operators can monitor, track and control compost systems remotely or on-site. We also offer a digital hand-held probe that measures and records both oxygen and temperature, along with traditional dial-type analog temperature probes.
Aeration Beams + Nozzles
We offer several distinct types of aeration ducting systems used in the construction of aeration pads, for on-grade, at-grade or below-grade systems. We offer pre-cast concrete aeration beams and unique solutions for HDPE aeration pipes, including our clog-free sparger nozzles for below-grade aeration systems.
Blowers + Manifolds
Variable frequency drive blowers controlled by our integrated WebMacs or ComDACS control systems prioritize energy efficiency and operational control. Blowers can be specialized to any size of ASP. Custom manifolds connect blowers to ASP systems and biofilters, typically built with HDPE, galvanized steel or stainless steel.

“We loved our experience working with Green Mountain Technologies. They have a ton of experience and depth in this field. We like how they offer very simple cost effective solutions that are practical to implement. We also appreciate their flexibility. They’re really there to work with you and make a solution that fits with your site to find that balance of costs versus technology to really find the sweet spot.”
