AERATED SYSTEM EQUIPMENT
PRE-ENGINEERED ASP
GMT’s Pre-Engineered ASP package is for customers looking for a low cost ASP system that has all the benefits of our WebMACs control system. This system uses pipe-on-grade aeration, allowing you to compost on an existing any level surface. Using Green Mountain Technologies WebMacs ASP Control System, you get automatic temperature feedback, allowing you to keep up with the rapidly changing conditions in your compost piles. We have many configurations that can fit your project needs.

CUSTOM ASP SYSTEMS
The Aerated Static Pile (ASP) has been the standard for composting difficult feedstocks like food waste and Biosolids for over 50 years. Well-designed ASP systems require less land and less labor and have efficient material flow to avoid excess handling of composting feedstocks. Aerated static pile systems maintain high oxygen levels in the compost piles to minimize odors without requiring regular turning like a windrow facility. Green Mountain Technologies has over 30 years of experience designing in-vessel and open ASP systems including some of the largest ASP systems in the US.

TURNED AERATED PILE
The Turned Aerated Pile (TAP) is the fastest way to make compost on a large scale. Unlike static piles, turned aerated pile systems are turned 2 to 3 times per week to break up organic material, re-establish porosity, and re-wet the compost. Turned aerated pile systems require below grade aeration systems to allow for regular turning without the hassle of re-positioning above grade piping. Green Mountain Technologies specializes in below grade reversing aeration system design. The compact footprint makes it possible to put a facility inside a building and also minimize the stormwater collection requirements for outdoor installations.

cone composter
The Cone Composter is a low cost solution for mid-sized composting facilities with access to a grinder. The system takes advantage of thermodynamic principles to passively aerate the compost material, lowering your electric bill and providing excellent temperature control. The Cone Composter is controlled by WebMACS, a state of the art web-based, modular control system. The system can easily be scaled to meet changing feedstock demand, helping operators handling anywhere from 1 to 100 tons of organics per day to make beautiful compost.

AERATION CONTROL SYSTEMS
The WebMACS aeration control system allows you to use any handheld or desktop device with internet access to communicate with your aeration system. GMT configures a custom secure website for every customer that allows you to see the temperatures, change settings and control blowers, pumps and dampers all from a smartphone on your living room couch. A wide range of models are available with the ability to suit small or large facilities.
