IOS Ranch is a 8-acre private farm on Bainbridge Island, WA utilizing an Earth Flow Custom Steel In-Vessel composting system. With an average of 15-20 horses on site, the facility produces 2-4 cubic yards of Manure and Bedding waste per day.
IOS Ranch composts all of their stable waste onsite using the Earth Flow, creating a zero waste scenario. Composted material is used as a soil amendment on their jumping field, pastures, and hay fields. Any remaining material is sold.
The Earth Flow system also gives IOS the option of reclaiming and reusing bedding material and is great for composting agriculture wastes, manures, food waste, green waste, and more!
