PRE-ENGINEERED AERATED STATIC PILE

PRE-ENGINEERED AERATED STATIC PILE

ASP COMPOSTING MADE EASY & AFFORDABLE

The Pre-Engineered Aerated Static Pile (ASP) system is GMT’s solution for those who want to make a low initial investment with the opportunity to grow their system incrementally. To keep prices tight everything is pre-designed, meaning you don’t have to pay for expensive consulting hours to get your system up and running. Instead we provide comprehensive drawings to help you build your own system and integrate it with our state-of-the-art aeration controls system.

In order to meet a variety of size constraints and capacity requirements, we offer the Pre-Engineered ASP system in four different sizes. Systems can have anywhere from one to eight zones per control panel, making it a cost-effective solution for operators handling 500 to 40,000 tons per year.

The key to rapid decomposition in a composting system is accurate process control. Without an automated temperature feedback system, it is almost impossible to keep up with the rapidly changing conditions in a composting pile. WebMACS is a state-of-the-art temperature feedback control system that allows the user to access the compost process from anywhere via smartphone or computer. Each zone or bunker has its own temperature probes which send a signal back to the blower to turn on or off based on temperature setpoints. WebMACS software allows you to select multiple setpoints for different stages of the composting process and automatically records the temperature of the compost for record keeping and permit compliance.
